What is Sharpening
Sharpening is solely focused on the edge of the blade. If you’re happy with the existing functionality of your knife, but just want the edge sharpened, this is for you.
What is Refinement
Refinement is josh getting to optimize your knife, slimming the blade, smoothing the handle, and, of course, sharpening the blade. If our resident knife guy sees fit, he may adjust the tip of your knife. This is for you if you want your knife totally renovated to be the best version of itself.
Quality Guarentee?
Absolutely. Believe me, we won’t give your knife back to you till it’s perfect. Josh (the boss / main character) is feels very strongly about that.
